Wang Liming (Hanzi: 王立铭; Pinyin: Wáng Lìmíng; kelahiran 1973), yang lebih dikenal dengan pseudonim Rebel Pepper (变态辣椒), adalah seorang kartunis politik Tiongkok yang meninggalkan Tiongkok dan tinggal di Jepang.[1] Wang meninggalkan Tiongkok karena khawatir terhadap keselamatannya yang timbul dari penekanan kebebasan berekspresi oleh Partai Komunis Tiongkok.[1][2] Sejak 2017, ia bekerja di Radio Free Asia sebagai kartunis politik.[3]
