Real Audiencia de Quito (kadang-kadang disebut la Presidencia de Quito atau el Reino de Quito) adalah satuan pemerintahan di Imperium Spanyol dengan yurisdiksi politik, militer dan keagamaan di wilayah yang kini merupakan bagian dari Ekuador, Peru utara, Kolombia selatan dan sebagian wilayah Brasil barat laut. Satuan pemerintahan ini didirikan setelah dikeluarkannya Dekret Kerajaan tanggal 29 Agustus 1563 oleh Raja Felipe II dari Spanyol di kota Guadalajara.[1] Real Audiencia de Quito dibubarkan pada tahun 1822 karena wilayahnya digabungkan dengan Republik Gran Colombia.
