Prusia Baltik

Suku Prusia di antara suku-suku Baltik lainnya sekita tahun 1200.

Prusia Baltik (bahasa Jerman: Pruzzen atau Prußen; Templat:Lang-pr; bahasa Latin: Pruteni; bahasa Latvia: Prūši; bahasa Lituania: Prūsai; bahasa Polandia: Prusowie; bahasa Kasubia: Prësowié) adalah istilah yang mengacu kepada penduduk asli yang berlatarbelakang Baltik yang menghuni wilayah Prusia. Wilayah ini tidak sama dengan negara Prusia dan terletak di pesisir tenggara Laut Baltik di antara Laguna Vistula di barat dan Laguna Curonia di timur. Orang-orang Prusia Baltik menuturkan bahasa yang kini dikenal dengan nama bahasa Prusia Kuno dan mempercayai mitologi Prusia yang pagan.

Pada abad ke-13, orang-orang Prusia Baltik ditaklukan oleh Ordo Teutonik. Ordo Teutonik memindahkan orang-orang Prusia Baltik dari Prusia selatan ke Prusia utara. Banyak orang-orang Prusia Baltik yang juga tewas dalam perang salib yang diminta oleh Polandia dan paus. Banyak dari antara mereka yang terasimilasi atau menjadi Kristen. Bahasa Prusia Kuno punah pada abad ke-17 atau awal abad ke-18.
