Penyakit Rh

Penyakit Rh atau inkompatibilitas resus adalah kelainan pada bayi baru lahir yang disebabkan oleh kondisi saat ibu memiliki darah resus negatif dan bayi dalam kandungannya memiliki darah resus positif.[1] Dampak dari penyakit ini tidak akan memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap ibu, namun bagi janin akan menyebabkan anemia hemolitik dan hidrop fetalis.[2] Penyakit ini dapat dicegah dengan mengobati ibu selama kehamilan dan segera setelah persalinan dengan suntikan imunoglobulin Rho(D).[3]
