Penguasa Kegelapan


Penguasa Kegelapan dalam sastra dan fiksi adalah arketipe sosok antagonis utama. Arketipe ini biasanya muncul dalam karya-karya bergenre fantasi. Sosok Penguasa Kegelapan biasanya digambarkan sebagai laki-laki dan memiliki karakter yang mirip atau dipengaruhi oleh sosok iblis atau antikristus. The Encyclopedia of Fantasy mencatat bahwa tema umum dari karakter penguasa kegelapan termasuk "sudah dikalahkan tetapi belum dihancurkan sejak ribuan tahun sebelumnya" dan terlibat dalam ritual desekrasi.[1]
