Pembicara

Pembicara merupakan seseorang yang dipercaya untuk menyampaikan suatu hal, berita, atau informasi di depan umum.[1] Seorang pembicara dapat saja memiliki bidang dan mengambil kedudukan yang berbeda dalam menyampaikan isi pembicaraannya.[1] Kedudukan pembicara dapat menyampaikan pembukaan atau penutup, menambah pengetahuan, serta memotivasi dan mempersuasi pendengarnya untuk melakukan sesuatu.[1] Seorang pembicara yang baik harus mengetahui teknik-teknik dasar yang diperlukan dalam pembicaraannya agar dapat memperoleh perhatian dari pendengarnya, seperti seorang pembicara tidak boleh terlalu terpaku kepada teks, tetapi harus tampil prima, antusias, memiliki kontak mata dengan pendengarnya, terlihat sabar, dan memiliki dedikasi yang tinggi.[1][2] Pembicara akan dikatakan berhasil apabila pembicara tersebut berhasil memberikan sesuatu yang baru dan bermanfaat bagi para pendengarnya.[2]
