Otto Fong

Otto Fong Yong Chin (lahir 1968) adalah seorang seniman komik, penulis naskah drama, dan guru asal Singapura.

Kehidupan awal dan pendidikan

Fong lahir di Johor Bahru pada tahun 1968.[1] Ayahnya adalah anggota serikat buruh dan politisi Fong Swee Suan dan ibunya adalah mantan anggota serikat buruh Chen Poh Cheng. Dia memiliki saudara laki-laki dan perempuan.[2]
