Opera Akademik Negara dan Teater Balet Azerbaijan (bahasa Azerbaijan: Axundov adına Azərbaycan Dövlət Akademik Opera və Balet Teatrı) adalah sebuah gedung opera di Baku, Azerbaijan yang dibuka tahun 1911.[1]

Bangunan ini didesain oleh Nikolai Bayev pada tahun 1910, dan dibangun oleh Zeynalabdin Taghiyev tahun 1911. Bangunan ini diperbaharui pada tahun 1985, tetapi dibakar sebelum dapat dibuka. Pekerjaan konstruksi skala besar tidak selesai sampai tahun 1987, ketika seluruh bangunan akhirnya selesai dengan bentuknya saat ini. Diperkirakan panggung Opera Akademik Negara dan Teater Balet Azerbaijan mampu menampung 100 aktor dan aktris dan auditorumnya mampu menampung 600 orang.[1]
