O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 adalah acara balap mobil stok NASCAR Seri Piala yang diadakan di Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) di Fort Worth, Texas. Meskipun diiklankan sebagai balapan "500 mil", karena TMS adalah trek yang panjangnya 1,5 mil (2,4 km), jarak balapan sebenarnya adalah 501 mil (806,3 km). Austin Dillon adalah pemenang balapan terakhir yang memenangkannya pada tahun 2020.

Perlombaan dihapus dari kalender musim 2021 karena Texas Motor Speedway memilih menggantinya dengan menjadi tuan rumah NASCAR All-Star Race sekaligus memberikan jalan untuk Circuit of the Americas di Austin untuk ditambahkan ke jadwal.[1]
