Antoine Nguyễn Văn Thiện (13 Maret 1906 – 13 Mei 2012) adalah seorang uskup Katolik Roma Vietnam dan uskup tertua dari Gereja Katolik dalam usia 106 tahun. Ia juga merupakan salah satu uskup terakhir yang bertahan hidup yang berkarya di Vietnam Selatan.[1]

Lahir di Cái Cồn, Thiện ditahbiskan menjadi imam pada 20 Februari 1932. Ia diangkat menjadi uskup Vĩnh Long pada November 1960 dan meraih penahbisan episkopal pada Januari 1961. Ia mengundurkan diri dari jabatan tersebut pada 1968 dan diangkat menjadi uskup tituler Hispellum pada bulan yang sama. Ia menjadi uskup Katolik Roma tertua yang bertahan hidup pada 6 Oktober 2004, saat kematian Uskup Ettore Cunial dalam usia 99 tahun.[2]

Thiện meninggal di Nice, Prancis, pada 13 Mei 2012, dalam usia 106 tahun.[3] Géry Leuliet dari Prancis kemudian menjadi uskup Katolik tertua yang bertahan hidup.[4]
