Danieri Basammula-Ekkere Mwanga II Mukasa (1868–1903) adalah Kabaka Buganda dari 1884 sampai 1888 dan dari 1889 sampai 1897. Ia menjadi Kabaka Buganda ketiga puluh satu (ke-31).

Klaim tahta

Ia lahir di Nakawa pada 1868. Ayahnya adalah Muteesa I dari Buganda, yang memerintah antara 1856 dan 1884. Ibunya adalah Abakyala Abisagi Bagalayaze, istri kesepuluh dari delapan puluh lima istri ayahnya. Ia naik tahta pada 18 Oktober 1884, setelah kematian ayahnya. Ia mendirikan ibu kota-nya di Bukit Mengo.
