Manfred Oeming

Prof. Dr. Manfred Oeming adalah seorang profesor Perjanjian Lama di Fakultas Teologi Universitas Heidelberg Jerman.

Riwayat Akademis

Dia memperoleh gelar Doktor pada tahun 1984 di bawah bimbingan Prof. Gunneweg di Universitas Bonn. Pada tahun 1989 memperoleh gelar Doktor Habilitasi di bawah bimbingan profesor yang sama dan pada universitas yang sama. Sebelum menjadi profesor di Universitas Heidelberg, dia pernah menjadi profesor Perjanjian Lama dan Yahudi kuno antara tahun 1993-1996 di Universitas Osnabrück. Sejak semester musim dingin 1996/1997 menjadi profesor di Universitas Heidelberg, dan sejak semester musim dingin 2006/2007 bertugas menjadi Dekan Fakultas Teologi Universitas Heidelberg. Selain menjadi profesor di Universitas Heidelberg, dia bekerja juga sebagai prorektor pada Sekolah Tinggi Studi-studi Keyahudian (Hochschule für jüdische Studien) di Heidelberg.
