Konferensi Waligereja Madagaskar (Prancis: Conférence Episcopale de Madagascar, CEM) adalah konferensi waligereja dari Gereja Katolik di Madagaskar. Didirikan pada 1965, konferensi tersebut terdiri dari seluruh anggota hierarki Katolik (seperti uskup-uskup diosesan, koadjutor dan auksilier) yang aktif dan pensiun di Madagaskar.

CEM adalah sebuah badan terdaftar yang bermarkas di Antananarivo. Presiden saat ininya adalah Uskup Agung Toliara, Désiré Tsarahazana. Wakil presiden saat ininya adalah Marie Fabien Raharilamboniaina, OCD, Uskup Morondava. Sekretaris-jenderal saat ininya adalah Jean Claude Randrianarisoa, Uskup Miarinarivo.[1]
