Kelas Utama Ganda (Hanzi: 双一流; Pinyin: shuāngyīliú) adalah nama paket pendidikan tinggi gabungan dari program pendidikan Universitas kelas utama dunia dan Pembangunan universitas dan disiplin ilmu kelas dunia (Hanzi: 世界一流大学和一流学科建设),[1][2] yang merupakan pengembangan pendidikan tinggi rancangan pemerintah Republik Rakyat Tiongkok pada tahun 2015,[3] dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan universitas elit Tiongkok dan semua fakultasnya secara komprehensif menjadi lembaga kelas dunia pada akhir 2050.[4]

Daftar lengkap paket pendidikan tinggi ini diterbitkan pada September 2017, yang berisi antara lain:

  • 42 universitas Kelas Utama Ganda (36 universitas termasuk kategori Kelas A dan 6 enam universitas termasuk kategori Kelas B).
  • 465 disiplin ilmu Kelas Utama yang tersebar di 140 universitas (95 di antaranya adalah universitas disiplin ilmu Kelas Utama Ganda) termasuk universitas Kelas Utama.[1][5]

Menurut Peringkat Akademis Universitas Dunia 2018/19 dan Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2019/20, sebagian besar dari 42 universitas Kelas Utama Ganda dianggap sebagai salah satu dari 500 universitas terbaik dunia dan sebagian besar dari 95 universitas disiplin ilmu kelas utama ganda termasuk di antara 1.000 universitas teratas di seluruh dunia.[6][7]

Masih belum jelas apakah paket ini merupakan cara baru untuk menentukan peringkat universitas di Tiongkok[4] atau hanya sebagai pengganti paket sebelumnya yang dinamakan Proyek 211 (1995), Proyek 985 (1998) dan Liga 9 Universitas (1998).[5]
