Katedral Guaratinguetá yang bernama resmi Katedral Santo Antonius[1] (bahasa Portugis: Catedral Santo Antônio; Igreja de Santo Antônio)[2][3] adalah sebuah gereja proto-katedral Katolik yang terletak di kota Aparecida, Brazil. Ia juga merupakan gereja paroki Santo António de Guaratingueta, yang didirikan pada 25 Februari 1651.

Ini adalah monumen tertua di Guaratinguetá. Ini dimulai di sebuah kapel yang didirikan dengan atap jerami, sekitar tahun 1630, dan berkembang di sekitar kota. Bangunan aslinya mengalami banyak renovasi pada tahun 1701 dan diperpanjang antara tahun 1773 dan 1780.

Katedral ini ditahbiskan dan merayakan misa pertamanya pada tahun 1762 bersama São Frei Galvao, lahir di kota tersebut.

Setelah reformasi yang terjadi antara tahun 1822 dan 1847, konfigurasinya mencapai seperti sekarang. Ketinggian terakhir menara terjadi pada tahun 1913.
