Kantong semar lahar

Kantong semar lahar (Nepenthes lavicola) adalah spesies tanaman kantong semar endemik yang berasal dari Gunung Telong, Aceh, Pulau Sumatra. Spesies ini tumbuh pada bioma tropis basah di ketinggian 2000-2600 mdpl.[1]

Pemerian

Tumbuhan ini memiliki ciri batang setinggi 3 m, bagian dengan daun yang lebih tua memiliki ketebalan 4-8 mm, berbentuk segitiga hingga segi empat, ruas antar nodus sepanjang 3-6 cm; pada bagian dasar tanaman yang lebih tua sering terdapat tunas pendek. Nepenthes ini memiliki daun pada tunas pendek berbentuk lonjong-lanset, menyempit menjadi pangkal linier, panjang 5-12 cm dan lebar 2-3 cm, ujungnya meruncing, melingkupi batang hingga 2/3 keliling dengan pangkal yang membulat, urat daun menyirip tidak jelas, 3 urat memanjang berasal dari bagian dasar 1/12 dari tulang daun tengah, berjalan sejajar di sepertiga bagian luar helai daun, sering tidak jelas pada daun yang kurang berkembang. Sulur 1 hingga 2 kali lebih panjang dari daun dan tanpa lilitan."[2]
