Jeremy Black MBE (lahir 30 Oktober 1955) adalah seorang sejarawan, penulis, dan mantan profesor sejarah di University of Exeter, Britania Raya. Ia adalah anggota senior di Center for the Study of America and the West di Foreign Policy Research Institute di Philadelphia, Amerika Serikat.[1]

Black adalah penulis dari lebih dari 180 buku, terutama namun tidak secara eksklusif mengenai politik abad ke-18 di Britania Raya dan hubungan internasional. Ia telah dijuluki sebagai "cendekiawan sejarah yang paling produktif pada zamannya" oleh seorang komentator.[2] Ia telah menerbitkan karya-karya tentang sejarah militer dan politik, termasuk Warfare in the Western World, 1882-1975 (2001) dan The World in the Twentieth Century (2002).[3]
