Hirakawa (平川市, Hirakawa-shi) adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di Prefektur Aomori, Jepang. Per 1 Januari 2020, kota ini memiliki estimasi jumlah penduduk sebesar 30.728 jiwa dan kepadatan penduduk sebesar 88,8 orang per km². Kota ini memiliki luas wilayah sebesar 346,01 km².

Geografi

Kota Hirakawa terletak di pegunungan dan perbukitan yang ada di sebelah barat laut Danau Towada. Sungai Iwaki mengalir melaui wilayah kota ini. Sebagian dari wilayah kota ini berada di dalam kawasan Taman Alam Prefektural Kuroishi Onsenkyō.
