Hina Khan (lahir 2 Oktober 1987)[1] adalah seorang aktris televisi India.[2] Dia memainkan peran Akshara di Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.[3] Dia masuk dalam daftar Top 50 Wanita Asia Terseksi Daftar oleh Eastern Eye di 2013,[4] 2014,[5] 2015[6] dan 2016[7] Khan adalah salah satu aktris televisi dengan penghasilan tertinggi.[8][9] Hina adalah kontestan dalam Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi pada tahun 2017.[10][11] Dia menyelesaikan runner-up pertama di Bigg Boss 11 yang ditayangkan di Colors TV.[12][13]

Kehidupan awal

Khan lahir pada tanggal 2 Oktober 1987 di Srinagar, Jammu dan Kashmir. Khan menyelesaikan Master of Business Administration (MBA) pada tahun 2009 di CCA School of Management, Gurgaon, Delhi.[14]

Kehidupan pribadi

Khan[15] sedang berkencan Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai mengawasi produser Rocky Jaiswal[16] sejak 2014.[17] Dia telah mengkonfirmasi pada Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 8 bahwa dia menderita asma.[18][19]

Karier

Selama masa kuliahnya di Delhi, Khan mengikuti audisi Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai ketika teman-temannya memaksanya dan dipilih untuk itu.[20] Dia pindah ke Mumbai dan melakukan debut televisinya pada tahun 2009, ketika dia membintangi salah satu drama televisi India terlama sebagai Akshara Singhania.[21][22] Setelah delapan tahun, dia keluar dari pertunjukan pada November 2016 untuk mengejar proyek lain.[23] Penampilannya dalam serial tersebut mendapatkan ulasan kritis positifnya dan juga memenangkan banyak penghargaan.[24]

Pada 2017, dia bergabung Colors TV acara Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 8 sebagai kontestan dimana dia finis sebagai runner up pertama.[25]

Pada 30 September, dia masuk Bigg Boss 11 sebagai kontestan selebriti.[26] Dia dikenal karena pertarungan kontroversialnya dengan Shilpa Shinde. Dia juga dikenal karena pernyataan kontroversialnya dalam acara di mana dia mengatakan banyak komentar Sanjeeda Sheikh, Kishwer Merchant, Karan Wahi, Rithvik Dhanjani, Gauhar Khan dan Karan Patel.[27][28][29] Dia menjadi finalis dan runner up pertama.[30]
