Hexanchiformes /hɛkˈsæŋkɪfɔːrmiːz/ adalah ordo hiu yang terdiri dari jenis hiu paling primitif,[a] dan hanya terdiri dari tujuh spesies hiu yang masih ada. Hiu fosil yang tampaknya sangat mirip dengan spesies hiu tujuh insang modern diketahui dari spesimen Jurasik.[2]
