Gudea (Bahasa Sumeria 𒅗𒌣𒀀 Gu3-de2-a) merupakan seorang penguasa atau (ensi) negara Lagash di Mesopotamia Selatan yang bertakhta pada sekitar tahun 2144–2124 SM. Ia diduga tidak datang dari kota, tetapi menikahi Ninalla, putri penguasa Ur-Baba (2164–2144 SM) dari Lagash, yang kemudian masuk ke wangsa kerajaan Lagash. Ia digantikan oleh putranya, Ur-Ningirsu.

Prasasti menyebutkan kuil yang dibangun oleh Gudea di Ur, Nibru, Adab, Uruk dan Bad-tibira. Hal ini menandakan semakin besarnya pengaruh Gudea di Sumeria. Pendahulunya, Ur-baba, menjadikan putrinya Enanepada sebagai imam tinggi Nanna di Ur, yang juga menunjukkan kekuatan politik yang besar pula. 20 tahun masa pemerintahannya semua dikenal dengan nama; eksploitasi militer utama tampaknya terjadi pada Tahun 6, yang disebut "Tahun ketika Anšan dipukul dengan senjata".[1]
