Gianmarco Tamberi (lahir 1 Juni 1992) adalah olahragawan lompat tinggi asal Italia, juara (Olimpiade Musim Panas 2020) dan juara indoor Dunia (tahun 2016).[3]

Pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2021, ia bersama dengan atlet Qatar Mutaz Essa Barshim dinyatakan sebagai pemenang bersama lompat tinggi putra di Olimpiade Musim Panas 2020 setelah pertandingan sengit antara keduanya saat mereka menyelesaikan 2,37m .[4] Baik Tamberi dan Barshim setuju untuk berbagi medali emas dalam contoh langka dalam sejarah Olimpiade di mana para atlet dari negara yang berbeda setuju untuk berbagi medali yang sama.[5][6] Barshim secara khusus dikutip dalam presentasi pasca pertandingannya bertanya, "Bisakah kita memiliki dua emas?"[7]
