Paroki Santa Theresia Delta Kapuas adalah paroki dari Gereja Katolik Roma di Keuskupan Agung Pontianak; berpusat di Kecamatan Rasau Jaya, di Kabupaten Kubu Raya - Kalimantan Barat. Paroki Delta Kapuas sejak awal dirintisnya pada tahun 1967 sampai dengan saat ini digembalakan oleh para imam dari tarekat Kapusin (OFMCap). Dan sejak berdirinya paroki pada tahun 1970, pusat paroki ini sudah 4 kali pindah; pertama kali menumpang di Paroki Santo Yoseph, Katedral Pontianak, kemudian pindah ke Paroki Gembala Baik, Pontianak, lalu ke Paroki Santo Agustinus, Sungai Raya, dan terakhir—saat ini—di Kecamatan Rasau Jaya. Gereja (gedung) paroki yang digunakan sekarang, Gereja Hati Kudus, diberkati pada 16 Oktober 2011 oleh Vikjen Keuskupan Agung Pontianak Pastor William Chang OFMCap.[1] Stasi-stasi di Paroki Delta Kapuas terpisah dengan jarak yang jauh dan kunjungan pastoral ke stasi-stasi hanya dapat dilakukan melalui jalur sungai karena belum tersedianya jalur darat.

Wilayah Paroki Delta Kapuas mencakup 6 kecamatan di Kabupaten Kubu Raya—beserta jumlah umat dalam KK (Kepala Keluarga) per November 2011—yaitu:
