Fox Corporation (disingkat Fox Corp., informal "New Fox"; biasanya disebut Fox) adalah perusahaan media massa yang bermarkas di Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Perusahaan ini dibentuk setelah pengakuisisian 21st Century Fox oleh The Walt Disney Company. Fox Corporation merupakan penerus dari 21st Century Fox dan sahamnya mulai diperdagangkan pada 19 Maret 2019.[3][4][5] Perusahaan ini dimiliki oleh Keluarga Murdoch sebesar 39%; Perusahaan ini memiliki struktur organisasi, seperti Rupert Murdoch sebagai wakil ketua eksekutif dan anaknya, Lachlan Murdoch sebagai ketua dan CEO.

Fox Corporation berfokus ke aset - aset 21st Century Fox yang tidak diakuisisi oleh The Walt Disney Company, seperti Fox Broadcasting Company, Fox Television Stations, Fox News, Fox Business, dan Fox Sports. Perusahaan ini juga seinduk dengan News Corp., yang berfokus ke aset berita dan percetakan.

Pembentukan

Pada 14 Desember 2017, The Walt Disney Company mengumumumkan pengakuisisian divisi film, TV Kabel, dan TV berbayar internasional dari 21st Century Fox. Selain itu, nantinya juga dibentuk Fox Corporation, yang nantinya berfokus ke saluran TV and Stasiun televisi, Fox News, siaran nasional dari Fox Sports, dan studio 20th Century Fox yang akan disewa ke Disney selama tujuh tahun.[6][7] Pada Mei 2018, dikonfirmasi bahwa Lachlan Murdoch akan menjadi ketua New Fox dibandingkan James Murdoch.[8]
