FCSB atau Steaua adalah sebuah klub sepak bola profesional Rumania yang berbasis di Bukarest. Ini telah menghabiskan seluruh sejarahnya di tingkat tertinggi Rumania, Liga I.

Tim FC Steaua Bucureti asli adalah bagian dari klub olahraga CSA Steaua București yang senama dan milik Kementerian Pertahanan Nasional. Pada tahun 1998, klub dan fasilitas dipisahkan dari klub olahraga dan diambil alih oleh sekelompok pemegang saham dalam skema privatisasi pasca-Ceaușescu, yang diduga menyebabkan salah satu pemegang saham memperoleh kepemilikan penuh lima tahun kemudian. Namun, CSA Steaua București menggugat klub sepak bola pada tahun 2011, mengklaim bahwa ini adalah entitas baru; keduanya sejak itu berada dalam konflik hukum mengenai kepemilikan merek dan kehormatan Steaua, yang mengakibatkan beberapa kasus pengadilan dan perubahan paksa nama FC Steaua București menjadi FC FCSB pada awal 2017.[2][3]
