Elio Di Rupo (Prancis: [eljo di ʁupo];^[1] lahir 18 Juli 1951) adalah seorang politikus Belgia yang menjabat sebagai menteri-presiden Wallonia sejak 2019. Ia berafiliasi dengan Partai Sosialis. Di Rupo sebelumnya menjabat sebagai perdana menteri Belgia dari 6 Desember 2011 hingga 11 Oktober 2014, memimpin Pemerintahan Di Rupo. Dia adalah orang berbahasa Prancis pertama yang menduduki jabatan tersebut sejak Paul Vanden Boeynants pada tahun 1979,^[2] dan perdana menteri sosialis pertama negara tersebut sejak Edmond Leburton meninggalkan jabatannya pada tahun 1974. Di Rupo juga merupakan perdana menteri pertama Belgia yang berasal dari keturunan non-Belgia, dan orang gay terbuka kedua dan pria gay terbuka pertama yang menjadi kepala pemerintahan di zaman modern.
