Dyota Marsudi

Dyota Mahottama Marsudi atau biasa dikenal sebagai Dyota Marsudi (lahir 8 Februari 1989), adalah presiden direktur PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk yang resmi dinyatakan efektif menjabat pada 11 November 2021, menyusul Keputusan Anggota Dewan Komisioner OJK Nomor KEP-166/D.03/2021.[1][2]

Pendidikan

Lulus sebagai seorang sarjana dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Indonesia pada program studi akuntasi, Dyota melanjukan kuliah magisternya di INSEAD dan meraih gelar Magister Administrasi Bisnis.[3]

Karier

Antara tahun 2011-2017, Dyota merupakan seorang pegawai di Boston Consulting Group sejak 2011 hingga 2017.[4] Dyota pula merupakan direktur eksekusif senior pada bidang investasi di Vertex Ventures, Singapura (2018-2021).[5]

Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) PT Bank Net Indonesia Syariah Tbk pada April 2021 menentapkan bahwa perseroan tersebut akan berganti nama menjadi PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk dan akan dilakukan perombakan jajaran direksi dan komisaris. RUPSLB tersebut turut menetapkan Dyota Marsudi sebagai presiden direktur atau CEO perseroan yang dimaksud.[6]

Kehidupan pribadi

Dyota Marsudi adalah putra tertua dari dua bersaudara[7] pasangan Agus Marsudi dengan Retno Marsudi yang menjabat sebagai menteri luar negeri Indonesia (2019-2024).[7] Dyota lahir di Palembang pada 8 Februari 1989 dan saat ini berusia 35 tahun.[8]
