British Aircraft Corporation (BAC) adalah produsen pesawat Britania terbentuk dari penggabungan oleh pemerintah dari English Electric Aviation Ltd., Vickers-Armstrongs (Pesawat), Bristol Aeroplane Company dan Hunting Aircraft tahun 1960.

Bristol, English Electric dan Vickers menjadi "orang tua" dari BAC dengan kepemilikan saham masing-masing 40%, 40% dan 20%. BAC pada gilirannya memperoleh modal saham kepentingan penerbangan mereka dan 70% dari Hunting beberapa bulan kemudian.^[1] Kantor pusatnya berada di lantai atas gedung Mall 100 Pall di City of Westminster, London.^[2][3]
