Datuk Billy Abit Joo adalah seorang politikus Malaysia. Ia adalah mantan Anggota Parlemen Malaysia untuk konstituensi Hulu Rajang di Sarawak, mewakili Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) dalam koalisi pemerintahan Barisan Nasional.[1]

Billy Abit masuk Parlemen pada pemilihan umum 1990, maju sebagai seorang independen.[2][3] Konstituensi pedesaannya adalah terbesar berdasarkan wilayah di Malaysia.[2]
