Billboard Music Award untuk Top Artis

Halaman ini berisi daftar pemenang dan nominasi untuk Billboard Music Award untuk Top Artis. Penghargaan ini pertama kali diberikan pada tahun 1993, yang diberi nama #1 World Artist. Gelar itu sudah tidak muncul lagi setelah acara penghargaan tahun 1994, tetapi kembali muncul pada tahun berikutnya dengan nama baru Artist of the Year. Kemudian pada tahun 2011 kembali diganti menjadi gelar saat ini. Hanya enam artis yang telah memenangkan penghargaan ini sebanyak dua kali: 50 Cent, Adele, Destiny's Child, Taylor Swift, Chris Brown dan Usher.
