Aturan Bosman (nama perkara resmi: Union Royale Belge des Sociétés de Football Association ASBL v Jean-Marc Bosman (1995) C-415/93) adalah aturan yang mengizinkan para pemain sepak bola untuk menentukan kariernya dalam bursa transfer, saat masa kontraknya pada suatu klub tersisa enam bulan. Penerapan Aturan Bosman dimulai sejak tanggal 15 Desember 1995. Aturan Bosman dibuat untuk memenuhi hak para pesepakbola dalam menentukan klub dan menghindari diskriminasi pengelola klub yang dapat merugikan pemain.[1]

Perkara ini merupakan gabungan dari tiga perkara hukum Eropa yang semuanya melibatkan pemain sepak bola Belgia Jean-Marc Bosman: Belgian Football Association v Jean-Marc Bosman; R.F.C. de Liège v Jean-Marc Bosman and others; dan UEFA v Jean-Marc Bosman. Aturan hukum yang menjadi rujukan adalah Pasal 49 (kini Pasal 45) Perjanjian Fungsional Uni Eropa (TEEC).[2]
