Alphonse Allais (20 October 1854 – 28 October 1905) adalah seorang penulis Prancis, jurnalis dan humorist. Allais lahir di Honfleur,[3] Calvados. Dia meninggal di Paris. Dia adalah penulis banyak koleksi tulisan aneh. Seorang penyair sekaligus humoris, ia mengembangkan bentuk syair yang dikenal sebagai holorhyme (semua ayat homofon, di mana seluruh baris diucapkan sama).
